Refund Policy

1. Cancellable Campaigns
Most campaigns on GrowPilot can be cancelled at any point during delivery. When you cancel a campaign:
- The undelivered portion is refunded to your GrowPilot credit balance automatically.
- Refunds typically appear within minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 72 hours for the upstream provider to confirm the cancellation.
- The cancellable status of each service is clearly displayed before you confirm the order.
2. Non-Cancellable Services (Final Sale)
A small number of services are marked "Final sale" at checkout. These cannot be cancelled once submitted. This includes:
- Custom comment services (where your text is posted immediately)
- Services whose upstream providers do not support mid-delivery cancellation
The final-sale status is always shown before you place your order.
3. Partial Delivery
If a campaign is only partially delivered (e.g., the upstream provider delivers fewer units than ordered), the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your credit balance. You do not need to request this — our system detects partial delivery and processes the credit automatically.
4. Credit Balance
All refunds are issued as GrowPilot credits, not back to your original payment method. Credits are non-transferable and can be used toward any future campaign.
5. Card Payments (Creem)
For payments made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via our payment partner Creem, the same cancellation and credit-refund policy applies. Creem acts as our merchant of record for card-based transactions. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will resolve the issue promptly.
6. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an active campaign, go to your Dashboard, find the campaign, and click "Cancel". The refund is processed automatically. If you encounter any issues, email us at [email protected].
