Terms of Service

Last updated: 5/15/2026

1. Service Description

GrowPilot ("Service") is an AI-powered social media growth platform. Our AI engine analyzes thousands of service providers, scores them by quality metrics (delivery rate, retention rate, cancellation support), and automatically selects the highest-rated provider for each campaign. We handle provider selection, quality monitoring, and automatic blacklisting of underperforming providers — so you don't have to.

2. Important Disclaimer

Results involve third-party services. The growth services delivered through GrowPilot are provided by independent third-party suppliers. These services may not comply with the terms of service of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Facebook.

You assume all risk. By using GrowPilot, you acknowledge and accept that using third-party growth services may result in account restrictions, reduced reach, or account suspension by social media platforms. GrowPilot is not responsible for any adverse actions taken by social media platforms against your accounts.

FTC Compliance.Under the Federal Trade Commission Act and the FTC's Final Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (effective October 2024), using fake or purchased engagement for deceptive commercial purposes may result in penalties of up to $51,744 per violation. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Cancellation Policy

Most campaigns can be cancelled at any point during delivery. When you cancel, the undelivered portion is refunded to your credit balance automatically — typically within minutes, depending on the upstream provider's response window (up to 72 hours in rare cases). Some SKUs are marked "Final sale" at checkout and cannot be cancelled once submitted — these include custom-comment products (where content is posted immediately) and a small number of services whose upstream providers do not support mid-delivery cancellation. The cancellable status of each SKU is shown before you confirm the order. This policy does not cover account-level actions taken by social media platforms.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through OxaPay (cryptocurrency — BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and more) and Creem (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). When paying by card, Creem acts as our merchant of record, handling payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax compliance. Credits are non-transferable. For cancellable SKUs, you may cancel mid-delivery and the undelivered portion is refunded to your credit balance. Non-cancellable SKUs are clearly labeled before checkout and are final sale once confirmed. Credit refunds stay in your GrowPilot balance. For card payments processed by Creem, refund eligibility follows Creem's merchant of record policies. See our Refund Policy for full details.
